ASPPH endorsed the reintroduction of the Protecting Our Students by Terminating Graduate Rates that Add to Debt (POST GRAD) Act by Rep. Judy Chu (D-CA). The bill seeks to reinstate eligibility for graduate students to receive Federal Direct Subsidized Loans, a privilege revoked by the Budget Control Act of 2011.
