ASPPH is pleased to announce Dr. Caryl Waggett (Allegheny College) as the recipient of the 2022 Riegelman Award for Excellence in Undergraduate Public Health Education. Dr. Waggett will be recognized during the 2022 ASPPH Undergraduate Conference for Education in Public Health for her leadership in education for public health. Dr. Waggett is professor and founding chair of the Department of Global Health Studies at Allegheny College in Meadville, Pennsylvania, where over the past two decades she has grown her work as an environmental health scientist into a thriving multidisciplinary public health major and minor.
