Pregnant and postpartum women are at increased risk of severe illness from COVID-19. This Public Health Reports study assesses COVID-19 vaccination coverage and intent, reasons for not receiving a vaccine, and knowledge, attitudes, and beliefs related to COVID-19 illness and vaccination among a representative sample of pregnant women in the US.
