Mental Health Awareness Month is vital to public health, as mental health conditions affect millions and impact communities worldwide. By raising awareness, we can help break down barriers that prevent people from seeking help and support, ultimately improving the overall well-being of our society. ASPPH proudly supports Mental Health Awareness Month.
