Dr. Thomas LaVeist, dean of the Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine, has been elected as the next Chair-Elect of the ASPPH Board of Directors. Dr. LaVeist’s term will start in March 2023. Dr. LaVeist was previously chairman of the Department of Health Policy and Management at the George Washington University, Milken Institute School of Public Health. Congratulations Dr. LaVest.
