ASPPH is continuing to share resources that can help students navigate the changing landscape of financing graduate public health education. Through Liaison’s partnership with Juno, public health students have access to an additional resource for exploring private student loan options and refinancing opportunities.

Juno works by bringing student borrowers together and negotiating directly with multiple lenders to create a more competitive marketplace. Through the partnership, students may be able to explore discounted rates, rate matching, cash-back incentives, multi-year loan eligibility, and, in some cases, financing options that do not require a co-signer or established income.

On October 2 from 12:00–1:00 PM ET, Juno will host an informational webinar for ASPPH-member faculty, staff, and administrators. The session is designed to help members better understand how Juno works, what financing options may be available, and how the resource can support students considering private financing.

Members are encouraged to attend so they are prepared to answer questions and share information about the resource with students. A separate student-focused webinar is being planned, with additional details to come.
