Please join ASPPH in welcoming the Indiana University School of Public Health – Bloomington (IU Bloomington) to the Certified in Disease Intervention (CDI) Project. Led by ASPPH’s Center for Public Health Workforce Development, supported by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and in collaboration with the National Board of Public Health Examiners (NBPHE), the CDI Project is building a national certification program and educational pathways for the disease intervention workforce.
IU Bloomington will support the initiative by developing a repository of curated trainings and resources tailored to the evolving needs of professionals on the frontlines of communicable disease prevention. This work advances ASPPH’s commitment to strengthening and professionalizing the disease intervention workforce nationwide.
