Cancellation Policy

Sponsorship commitments are final upon signed agreement or confirmation of participation. Written cancellations received 30+ days before the event or launch date may receive a partial refund, less incurred costs. Cancellations received fewer than 30 days prior are non-refundable.

Failure to provide materials by published deadlines may result in forfeiture of sponsorship benefits without refund. If ASPPH cancels or significantly modifies an opportunity, ASPPH may offer comparable benefits, future credit, or a partial refund at its discretion. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
