Dr. Annette Hall, DHA, is a healthcare operations and strategy leader and founder of CoverageLine Health Advisors, a consulting firm focused on strengthening coordination across publicly funded healthcare and human service systems. Her work spans Medicaid, healthcare implementation, and the operational challenges that arise when patients transition between organizations and services. She holds a Master of Information Technology with a concentration in Healthcare Analytics from Virginia Tech and completed her doctoral studies in Healthcare Administration at Virginia University of Lynchburg.
