During times of change, leaders need to engage in both change management (process focus) and change leadership (people focus) to intentionally lead others and drive results. This change management workshop focuses on how to successfully lead change by applying 3 essential skills: communication, collaboration, and commitment.
Along with these 3 skills, participants will learn about the ways people respond to change, as well as different preferences for change. To help apply what they’ve learned, participants focus on a specific change challenge they?re encountering at work and receive input from their peers.
