Virtual Roundtable: Creating AI-Powered Learning Experiences
September 15 @ 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm

How can AI create learning experiences that would be difficult to replicate in a traditional classroom? This roundtable will showcase faculty using AI-powered simulations and practice environments to give students opportunities to apply knowledge, make decisions, receive feedback, and learn through repeated practice. Participants will explore the instructional possibilities, as well as the design considerations, of creating interactive AI learning experiences.
Core takeaway:
AI can create interactive, repeatable learning environments where students practice applying knowledge and making decisions, not simply generating content. Faculty will learn how custom AI is being used as a tool and how to set up custom AI.
