Data Visualization and Presentation Essentials Workshop

July 6 @ 10:00 am July 8 @ 3:00 pm

The Data Visualization and Presentation Essentials Workshop is a three-day intensive hands-on workshop designed for people and teams who want to develop their creative process to create better, more effective data visualizations and presentations.

This three-day training combines two complementary skills that are essential for effective communication: data visualization and presentations. The first two days focus on data visualization and introduced attendees to the data design process. On the third day, participants shift to presentation skills, where they will learn practical strategies to design and deliver impactful presentations that communicate data and analysis with clarity.

This course is designed for anyone who works with data and wants to better visualize, present, and communicate their work, including:

  • Government analysts, scholars, researchers, and data scientists seeking to improve how they convey results
  • Communication designers and other creatives seeking to expand their data and presentation design skillset
  • Publishers, content creators, and others who communicate information to diverse audiences
