Informational Webinar: Applying to Serve as a Host Site for the ASPPH/CDC Tribal Health Department Fellowship Program, 2026 – 2027

This informational webinar is for Tribal Health Departments and federally recognized Tribes interested in hosting an ASPPH/CDC Tribal Health Department Fellow from September 1, 2026 – July 31, 2027. The fellowship program builds Tribal public health capacity by placing MPH-trained fellows in Tribal Health Departments for an 11-month, full-time applied learning and training experience aligned with Tribal priorities.
During the webinar, ASPPH staff will provide an overview of the fellowship program, highlight the benefits of serving as a host site, and review host site eligibility requirements, mentorship expectations, and potential fellow project types. Participants will also learn about the host site application process, key dates, and what to expect if selected.
