The Global Network for Academic Public Health (GNAPH), of which ASPPH is a founding member, has provided a midterm update on the second cohort of the This Is Public Health (TIPH) Global Grant Program. Cohort II grantees made impressive progress on their projects including collecting a range of data through field studies, surveys, and other methods; advancing in the design of educational materials; outreach to partners and local communities; and conducting seminars, podcasts, and movie screenings. They have also engaged more than 5,800 individuals in high-involvement activities, nearly 3,000 with low-involvement activities, and have reached over 11,000 via social media.
GNAPH enhances academic public health worldwide through mutual learning and collaborations between academic public health institutions globally in order to improve and protect the health of people and the planet.
