Our host hotel is the Crystal Gateway Marriott. Located in the heart of Crystal City and only minutes from Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA), the Crystal Gateway Marriott offers an excellent combination of convenience, elegance, and comfort. Their recently completed $35 million renovation makes it a perfect destination for our meeting.
The ASPPH group rate at the Crystal Gateway Marriott is $299/night plus applicable taxes, currently 14.25%. The group rate is available until Friday, February 28, 2025; however, it is possible that our block could fill-up prior to the cut–off date so we encourage you to book rooms early to ensure availability.
To avoid a cancellation penalty of one night’s room and tax, hotel reservations must be cancelled three (3) days prior to arrival.
Travel and Transportation
The hotel is connected to the Metro via the Underground at Crystal City shopping mall which provides exceptional access to downtown Washington, DC. They also offer a complimentary hotel shuttle to and from DCA.
