The National Cancer Institute (NCI) offers a searchable database of Evidence-Based Cancer Control Programs (EBCCP) and recently added case studies for teaching to help students develop their public health competencies related to research, evaluation, and implementation science. Visitors to the site can download instructor and student guides, presentations, and answer keys.

One case study on the evaluation of research evidence is available now, and more are on the way. The competencies covered in the case relate to CEPH’s 2016 criteria. Questions or feedback on the case study could go to Jasmine Douglas and Aubrey Villalobos.
