ASPPH has seen considerable increases in interest to study public health through the platform SOPHAS. Growth in public health education has spiked due to the pandemic, with a 40 percent increase in applicants to 2021 graduate-level degree programs compared to March 2020.

With COVID-19 vaccinations now readily available in the United States, there is increased urgency in expanding the availability of vaccines worldwide. This week, ASPPH joined with the European Society of Medicine (ESMED) to call for a new globally equitable vaccine strategy. We encourage you to sign on as well.
