The National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) is accepting proposals—due by 3:00 PM ET on August 9, 2023—for the Population Assessment of Tobacco and Health (PATH), a study that samples tobacco users and their health outcomes nationwide. Data will be collected through 2024 and will be used to inform the Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA) future decisions to reduce morbidity and mortality associated with tobacco use. This opportunity is for the continuation of PATH data collection, analysis, and dissemination.
