Rollins School of Public Health, Policy and Practice Forum: State Policy, Medicaid and Rural Health

Join Emory’s Health Policy and Management Department on Monday, April 13th, for the next HPM Policy and Practice Forum. Rollins Policy Fellow-in-Residence Karen Hacker will be joined by Stuart Portman, Executive Director of the Medical Assistance Plans Division at the Georgia Department of Community Health, and Sandra Wilkniss, Senior Director of Behavioral, Population, and Public Health at the National Academy for State Health Policy. They will discuss evolving state policies across the nation, with a particular focus on Medicaid, rural health, and what is at stake for states, including Georgia.
