The World Health Organization (WHO) in collaboration with the Association of Schools and Programs of Public Health (ASPPH) and the National Environmental Health Association (NEHA) invites you to attend a skill-building workshop to build education/training and practice approaches that move policy in support of both health and the environment. Air pollution exposure will be used as an example for policy and action in this workshop. Learning outcomes from the training follow:
Apply online by Wednesday, April 25. Kindly note that space is limited. Preference will be given to those who are best positioned to apply the workshop content in their teaching and/or practice. Pairs of applicants consisting of a representative from: (a) teaching and (b) other professions involved in public heath practice, regulation, policy-making or implementation are particularly encouraged to apply.
