On Thursday, December 12, 2024, we discussed ASPPH’s upcoming Applied Learning and Training opportunities for 2025. During the webinar, ASPPH staff highlighted this year’s fellowship positions at the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Rural Health, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). ASPPH fellowships provide unique opportunities for recent graduates of ASPPH-member CEPH-accredited schools and programs of public health to apply their education and contribute to public health projects at the federal level while training under experts in the field.
Viewers of the webinar will gain insights into the 2025 fellowship cycle, including what these programs can offer early-career public health professionals, a detailed overview of the online application process, and tips for submitting a compelling application. Current ASPPH fellows also shared their experiences, followed by a live Q&A session to address questions.
