Critical Conversation — The Public Health Case For Abortion Access

In this Critical Conversation, doctoral student Alice Cartwright will review the public health evidence on abortion in the United States. In light of the changing landscape of abortion access, she’ll discuss what state level bans in the U.S. may mean for other areas of maternal, reproductive and family health. This talk also will examine moral values as they relate to abortion and its place in public health, and review how to use inclusive and non-stigmatizing language.
