2026 Preparedness Summit

The Preparedness Summit is the first and longest-running national conference on public health preparedness. The theme of the 2026 Preparedness Summit, “Protecting Our Communities: State and Local Preparedness in Action,” spotlights the need for increased self-reliance on state and local partnerships amid a changing federal policy and budget landscape. This conference, to be held April 13-16, 2026, in Baltimore, MD, and virtually, will be the beginning of an ongoing national conversation focusing on the evolution of the public health preparedness system.
