2026 ASPPH Hill Day
March 18, 2026 @ 9:00 am – 3:00 pm

Join academic public health leaders in Washington, DC, on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, for ASPPH’s Annual Capitol Hill Day. This members-only advocacy event will be held in conjunction with the 2026 ASPPH Annual Meeting for Academic Public Health.
Amid funding cuts, it’s essential that Congress hear directly from our experts about the lifesaving value of sustained, robust public health funding. Advocacy is essential in today’s public health landscape. Continued threats to federal public health funding put prevention, preparedness, and workforce development at risk.
Participants will receive advocacy training and meet with their congressional delegations to advance federal funding for key public health agencies and programs. When academic public health leaders speak with a unified voice, we help policymakers understand the real-world impact of their decisions and the urgent need for stable, sustained investment.
Make your voice heard and help shape federal policy that protects the health of every community. By participating in Hill Day, you help elevate evidence-based solutions, strengthen ASPPH’s federal advocacy efforts, and ensure that the expertise of our members informs national policy. Join us to protect and strengthen the public health infrastructure our communities rely on.
This event is invitation-only.
