The 2016 ASPPH Annual Meeting is Sunday, March 20 – Tuesday, March 22, 2016, at the Crystal Gateway Marriott in Arlington, VA. The meeting will provide an opportunity for leaders, students, faculty, and staff from CEPH-accredited schools and programs of public health to network, learn, and focus on common goals, opportunities, and challenges in academic public health. The meeting will have programming relevant to CEPH-accredited public health education, research, and practice. Online registration and housing for the 2016 ASPPH Annual Meeting are closed. The deadline to register was Friday, March 11.

On-site registration will be available for the Annual Meeting; however, there will be some limitations. Onsite registration for the Sunday Skill Building Workshops will be on a space available basis and Monday and Tuesday lunches cannot be purchased onsite. All general sessions on Monday and Tuesday will be available.


Member Registration Fees

There is no registration fee for attendees representing ASPPH-member institutions to attend general sessions and receptions at the Annual Meeting. There are fees to attend luncheon events on Monday and Tuesday.

Mon. Lunch and Plenary: $50
Tue. Lunch and Welch Rose Award Presentation: $50

Non-Member Institution Registration Fees

Full Annual Meeting Registration (Includes Sun. Skill-Building Workshops, Mon., & Tue.): $400

Combination Rates: 
Sun. & Mon. or Sun. & Tue.: $250
Mon. & Tue.: $350

Daily Rates: 
Sun. Only 1/2 Day Skill Building Workshops: $100
Mon. or Tue. Only: $200/day

Please note: Non-member registration fees include lunch on Mon. or Tue. and registrants must opt-in during registration to attend the luncheons. All reception events are included with registration fees.


The Annual Meeting and Undergraduate Summit are at the Crystal Gateway Marriott in Arlington, VA.

The group reservation deadline for the Crystal Gateway Marriott was Friday, February 26. We no longer have rooms available at the discounted group rate. There are rooms available at the Crystal Gateway Marriott at the market rate, please visit the hotel website to check availability.

Additionally, there are many hotels in Crystal City that are within walking distance of the Crystal Gateway Marriott which may have rooms available at a lower rate. The following are just a selection of hotels within one mile of the host hotel:
