The Healthy People Curriculum Task Force, an interprofessional body established by the Association for Prevention Teaching and Research (APTR) and of which ASPPH was a founding member, has opened a public comment period through February 16 for the fifth revision of the Clinical Prevention and Population Health Curriculum Framework. The updated framework reflects lessons learned during the COVID-19 pandemic and incorporates the leadership of the Task Force, along with contributions from faculty across the health professions.
The Curriculum Framework is used nationally to guide prevention and population health education. Input from across the academic and practice communities is essential to ensure the framework remains practical, current, and responsive to real-world educational and workforce needs.
Faculty, students, clinicians and practitioners, professional organizations, and curriculum leaders are encouraged to review the revised framework and submit comments.
