One of the things that I talk to our faculty a lot about is how to portray their expertise this is something that our faculty and our experts in public health can do that non-experts can’t and so most of our students are MPH students it’s a very short degree you don’t have a lot of time with them and so I I really like to focus on how do you share a way of thinking about facts because that’s that’s something that goes beyond the classroom that’s something that our students can take out into the workforce and can use starting on day one.
