This feedback workshop teaches the skill of giving feedback using our Situation ? Behavior ? Impact (SBI)? model.

During the feedback workshop, participants learn about effective and ineffective feedback practices, assess their own feedback behaviors, and receive opportunities to practice delivering and receiving feedback in a small group setting. The workshop concludes with a review of best practices for both giving and receiving feedback that works, and a focus on applying what has been learned back at work.
