Eduardo (Ed) Ruiz provides technology leadership for the Association of Schools and Programs of Public Health (ASPPH). As Chief Information Officer, he is responsible for all strategic and operational aspects of information technology. Throughout his tenure, Ed has assembled and led a high-performing and agile team with an extensive portfolio of digital services, including network infrastructure, unified communications platforms, web development, secure member portals, subscription services, social media platforms, and mobile applications. He also spearheaded an organization-wide digital transformation to accelerate value delivery through better collaboration, experimentation, implementation of new technologies, and digitization of business processes. Ed's human-centered approach to technology management has enabled ASPPH to innovate and lead in data analytics, cloud adoption, and remote workforce enablement -- a tremendous advantage during the COVID-19 pandemic.
