The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) will be accepting applications for their Public Health Associate Program (PHAP) until February 3, 2023. PHAP is a unique training opportunity for recent graduates (including those graduating before July 1, 2023) interested in a career in public health.
The program is a paid, two-year commitment that gives early career professionals the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the everyday operations of a public health organization. Associates are paired with one of the following: state, tribal, local, and territorial public health agencies; nongovernmental organizations; public health institutes and associations; community organizations; and academic institutions.
For additional information, visit the PHAP website or watch ASPPH’s webinar: ASPPH Presents: CDC PHAP Informational Session. Email phap@cdc.gov with any additional questions.
