Published by Oxford University Press, Innovation in Aging will publish methodologically rigorous, translational research on aging and the life course. It joins the GSA catalog’s collection of high impact factor titles including The Gerontologist and The Journals of Gerontology.

Albert holds the Philip B. Hallen Endowed Chair in Community Health and Social Justice at Pitt Public Health. He joins fellow deputy editor-in-chief, Dr. J. Jill Suitor, of the Purdue University Department of Sociology and editor-in-chief Dr. Laura P. Sands, of the Center for Gerontology and professor of human development at Virginia Tech.
