ASPPH welcomes new staff member, Johnston King, as director of recruitment and admissions. King received his BA in English from Barton College in Wilson, NC and his MAEd from East Carolina University in Greenville, NC. After working for seven years at Barton College working in admissions and student advising, he has spent the past seven years in admissions at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Gillings School of Global Public Health. Since 2019, King has served on the SOPHAS and Recruitment Advisory Council and served as chair from 2020 through 2021. Welcome to ASPPH!
