New RWJF Funding Opportunity Open to IPEC Organizations

Robert Wood Johnson Foundation (RWJF) has announced the next iteration of their Summer Medical and Dental Education Program (SMDEP) and a formal Call for Proposals (CFP) for new program sites. New this year, the SMDEP program will be launching an Interprofessional Pilot, expanding eligibility to broaden beyond medicine and dentistry. This new approach supports the Foundation’s commitment to build a national Culture of Health and to promote interprofessional collaboration. Applicants should include: 1) a school of medicine; 2) a school of dentistry; and 3) at least one other health profession program/school from the Interprofessional Education Collaborative. All accredited medical and dental schools are eligible to apply, along with an accredited health professions school.
