Dr. Mousumi Banerjee, research professor of biostatistics in the U-M School of Public Health, has won the 2015 Blue Cross Blue Shield Foundation of Michigan McDevitt Excellence in Research Award in the area of health policy research.

Dr. Banerjee’s award recognizes her research entitled “Tree-Based Model for Thyroid Cancer Prognostication,” published in the Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism.
