University of Iowa College of Public Health Dean Sue Curry joined with more than 100 others from across the university and Iowa City community in a dawn-to-dusk Reading of Names from the AIDS Memorial Quilt. The reading took place in the center of the University of Iowa campus, outside the Old Capitol Museum where a section of the AIDS Memorial Quilt was on display. The activities were part of IC Red Week, a week-long, student-led HIV-AIDS awareness initiative.
