Ms. Adi Clerman, associate director in the Columbia Mailman School of Public Health Office of Career Services, contributed to The Ultimate Guide to College Networking: 40 University Career Office Directors Share Their Best Tips for Networking. Surveyed were dozens of University Career Office Directors who covered topics such as how to get a job, the importance of networking, making connections, and building relationships proactively and strategically.

Dr. Clerman has experience in both the non-profit and corporate sectors with 6 years’ experience in higher education career services and 8 years of recruitment experience at organizations including JP Morgan Chase, DePaul University, and Edelman Public Relations. Prior to coming to Columbia, she was an assistant director of Career Services at NYU’s Wasserman Center for Career Development. Clerman holds a Master of Education in Counseling/College Student Development from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Psychology from Beloit College.
